MAXKO Hosting provides transparent cancellation and refund policies to ensure clarity for our customers. This document outlines the rules for account cancellations, refunds, non-refundable services, and chargebacks. Please read it carefully before making a cancellation request.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
MAXKO Hosting accounts operate on a pre-pay basis. Customers may cancel their accounts at any time. However, a full refund is only available if the cancellation request is submitted within 3 days of account purchase, in accordance with our Money Back Guarantee Policy.
To cancel an account, customers must send an email or open a support ticket with the Sales Department. Cancellation requests submitted via other channels will not be accepted. Any promotional incentives, such as bonuses offered during sign-up, will also be revoked upon cancellation.
Service upgrades and plan renewals are non-refundable. These services cannot be canceled or refunded once activated at the customer's request.
Late cancellations or accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service (TOS) are not eligible for refunds under the 3-day money-back guarantee.
Refund Processing
Refund requests for payments made via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal are processed within 48 hours of receiving the request. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method and are subject to the terms of the payment processor.
Refunds for payments made via Western Union, cryptocurrency or bank wire are non-refundable and not covered by the 3-day money-back guarantee.
Money Back Guarantee
MAXKO Hosting offers a 3-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our hosting services, you can request a refund by submitting a support ticket through your control panel or by emailing contact@maxko-hosting.com. Refunds are issued for hosting plans canceled within 3 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Services
Non-refundable services include service upgrades, dedicated servers, and hosting plan renewals purchased through the Control Panel.
Refunds under the 3-day money-back guarantee exclude the cost of non-refundable services purchased during sign-up. Customers who purchased such services will receive a partial refund.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks are not an acceptable method of refunding. Customers initiating chargebacks will be subject to investigation.
By signing up for an account, customers agree to our Terms of Service (TOS) and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). These documents will serve as evidence in disputes related to chargebacks.
If a chargeback is initiated, MAXKO Hosting will first contact the customer to clarify the issue. During the investigation, the account may be suspended to prevent misuse. If resolved favorably, the account will be reinstated.
If the chargeback is deemed fraudulent or unfounded, MAXKO Hosting will dispute it with the payment processor, referencing the TOS and AUP as evidence. Accounts associated with unresolved fraudulent chargebacks will remain suspended.
